The Utilisation of European Social Fund Resources for the Support of the Employment Policy in a Selected Region in the Czech and Slovak Republics

katedra: KEK; rozsah: 102 s.The goal of the Diploma Thesis ?The Utilisation of European Social Fund Resources for the Support of the Employment Policy in a Selected Region in the Czech and Slovak Republics? is concentrated on the use of this Resources in the Liberec and Trenčín Region, with accent on the role of the Labour offices in Liberec and Trenčín. The first part of thesis provides basis of the employment policy in the European Union, and characteristics of activ and passive labour policy in the Czech and Slovak Republics with the position of European Social Fund within the active labour policy in each county. In the second part, there is an characteristics of Czech Operational programmes Human resources and employment and of Slovak Operational programme Employment and social inclusion. The third part of thesis is focused on analysis of the situation on the labour market in the region Liberec and Trenčín and fourth part provides analysis of utilisation of the financial resources from European Social Fund for the national and the regional projects by labour offices in Liberec and Trenčín. Thesis ends with the recommanditions for Labour office in Liberec with accent on the current situation of young people.Předmětem Diplomové práce ?Využívání prostředků Evropského sociálního fondu na podporu zaměstnanosti ve vybraném kraji v ČR a na Slovensku ? je analýza využití těchto prostředků v okrese Liberec a okrese Trenčín s důrazem na roli úřadů práce při implementaci těchto prostředků. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vývoj politiky zaměstnanosti v Evropské unii a úlohu Evropského sociálního fondu v politice zaměstnanosti České republiky a Slovenska. Dále jsou popsány Operační programy, které obě země využívají při implementaci prostředků Evropského sociálního fondu. Ve třetí části je analyzován trh práce v okrese Liberec a Trenčín, navazuje analýza implementace konkrétních nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti úřady práce v obou regionech. Práce je zakončena doporučeními pro Úřad práce v Liberci v oblasti zaměstnanosti mladých lidí
