Lobbying, Corruption and Their Influence on Society and in The Corporate Sector

(112 767 znaků)The diploma thesis, that is written on the theme Lobbying, corruption and their influence on the society and corporate sector, aims to approach the issue of lobbying and corruption and its perception the Czech Republic with focus on the differences among the given problems. First of all, the thesis deals with the lobbying theory, there is an overview of lobbying perception of Czech politicians afterwards. The next part describes an effort to lobbying regulation in Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains the description of corruption and it continuous with a practical part. This mentioned section deals with fight against corruption in the company. There are described specific lobby and corruption causes.Diplomová práce na téma Lobbing, korupce a jejich vliv ve společnosti a v podnikatelské sféře má za úkol přiblížit problematiku lobbingu a korupce a jejich vnímání společností v České republice se zaměřením na rozdíly mezi danými problematikami. Nejdříve se práce věnuje teoretické stránce lobbingu. Po té následuje přehled vnímání lobbingu českými politiky. Další část je věnována snaze o regulaci lobbingu v České republice. Teoretická část práce patří z velké části korupci, která přechází do praktické části týkající se boje proti korupci v podniku. Závěrem se práce věnuje konkrétním vybraným lobbistickým a korupčním kauzám
