katedra: KMG; rozsah: 125This thesis deals with the marketing study of the project Volksbank SHOP. The project was realized by Volksbank. This is a new network of bank branches specializing exclusively to retail clients, who are mainly characterized by its non-traditional distribution way. In the Czech Republic was the first attempt to create an alternative to traditional bank branches. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I drew on knowledge gained while studying at the Technical University in Liberec, and also from the literature.
