The influence of adhesives´ thickness on the strength of bonded joint

katedra: KSP; přílohy: 1 CD; rozsah: 45 s., 5 příloloh (25s.)The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of adhesive thickness on tensile shear strength of bonded joint, when using adhesives Betamate 1040 and Betamate 5103-2, which are commonly used in automotive industry. In the theoretical part of thesis the following is described: advantages and usage of adhesive bonded joints in automotive industry, particular tests and evaluation of adhesives, characteristics of selected adhesives. The experimental part includes tests realized with respect to the appropriate testing methods and their evaluation is done according to measured values.Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zjišťování vlivu tloušťky lepidla na smykovou pevnost v tahu lepeného spoje u lepidel Betamate 1040 a Betamate 5103-2, které se používají v automobilovém průmyslu. V teoretické části jsou popsány výhody a použití lepených spojů v automobilovém průmyslu, jednotlivé zkoušky hodnocení lepidel a uvedeny charakteristiky vybraných lepidel. V experimentální části jsou realizovány zkušební testy dle příslušných zkušebních metod a jejich hodnocení je provedeno na základě naměřených hodnot
