The Violence Phenomenon, the Violence Criminals Personality

The main goal was to identify and refer to the correlation between violence and aggression, to clarify certain terms and expressions and also to reflect on the field of criminal aggression and analyse violent criminals personality. The thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretic describes, through presentation and processing of vocational references, the field of violence and aggression. The second, practical part, is aimed to determine whether the murderers come from dysfunctional or normally operating families as well as to learn their current view of the criminal act committed. For this purpose a questionnaire was used to gather the required information. Results of the survey proved that half of the criminals addressed have considered their families as normally operating and a vast majority of criminals addressed by the survey regret what they have done and would never commit the same criminal act again. Amongst measures proposed there is a reliable and effective post-penalty care that should help to establish and maintain a social-positive view of the criminal act committed and improve the social situation of criminals. As the main benefit of the thesis, with regard to the theme covered, I consider a general improvement of theoretic knowledge in the field of aggression and violence, survey results, proving that criminals are able to reassess negative effects of their criminal act during execution of their punishment as well as specification of their family background.Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou násilí a agrese a osobností pachatele násilných trestných činů, úžeji byla zaměřená na pachatele trestného činu vražd. Jejím cílem bylo poukázat na vzájemné vztahy násilí a agrese, osvětlení terminologické problematiky a zaměření se především na oblast kriminální agrese a analýzu osobnosti pachatele násilné trestné činnosti. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí prezentace a zpracováním odborných zdrojů popisovala oblast problematiky násilí a agrese. Praktická část měla pomocí dotazníkové metody za úkol zjistit, zda pachatelé vražd pocházejí z dysfunkčních či fungujících rodin a dále jejich dnešní pohled na spáchaný čin. Výsledky ukázaly, že polovina z pachatelů, kteří byli podrobeni průzkumu, označili své rodinné prostředí za funkční a že většina pachatelů svého činu lituje a již nikdy by se stejného činu nechtěli dopustit. K navrhovaným opatřením tedy patří kvalitní postpeniteciární péče, která by měla napomoci k upevňování a udržení sociálně pozitivního náhledu na spáchaný trestný čin a zároveň k upevňování sociální situace pachatele. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat prohloubení teoretických znalostí v problematice násilí a agrese, výsledky průzkumu, které ukázaly, že pachatelé během výkonu trestu dokázali přehodnotit dopad svého činu a zároveň zjištění, z jakého rodinného prostředí pocházejí.
