The Employment of Persons with Disabilities in the Corporate Environment

The introductory part is devoted to persons with disabilities in the labour market and their position in face of employers in connection with legislation and active employment policy. The practical part is focused on the comparison of discharge of duty to employ persons with disabilities variations and its influence on a chosen business firm. The firm in one of the biggest employers of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic and it connects business and runing of protected work-shops in the long term and exploitation of instruments of active employment policy.Práce se zabývá problematikou uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v podnikatelském prostředí se zaměřením na povinnosti zaměstnavatelů. První část je věnována občanů se zdravotním postižením na pracovním trhu, jejich postavení vůči zaměstnavatelům z pohledu právních předpisů a nařízení a aktivní politice zaměstnanosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání jednotlivých variant plnění povinnosti zaměstnávat osoby se zdravotním postižením a jejich dopad na vybranou konkrétní obchodní firmu. Tato firma je jedním z největších zaměstnavatelů osob se zdravotním postižením v ČR a dlouhodobě spojuje činnost obchodní s provozováním chráněných dílen při současném využití nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti
