Normalized remanence, a proxy for relative geomagnetic paleointensity, along with radiocarbon and U-Th age constraints, facilitates the generation of a well-constrained chronology for sediments recovered during International Continental Scientific Drilling Program (ICDP) coring of Lake Junín, Peru.
