Dalam proses belajar mengajar, seorang siswa pasti akan menemukan kesulitan belajar, kesulitan tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap nilai yang diperoleh. Apalagi di Indonesia pada mata pelajaran bahasa inggris yang sampai sekarang masih merupakan bahasa asing yang sangat jarang digunakan dalam berbicara sehari-hari, sehingga hal tersebut membuat siswa merasa kesulitan dalam belajar bahasa inggris. Kesulitan tersebut berasal dari beberapa faktor , yaitu dari faktor dari internal maupun faktor eksternal.
