Oxidative stress is associated with impaired post-thaw sperm quality. As mitochondria are the main source of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in sperm, the goal of this study was to evaluate effects of the mitochondria-targeting antioxidant Mitoquinone (MitoQ) during cryopreservation of bull sperm.
