This study investigates the factors determine the e-learning continuance intention among learners in Malaysia. A total of 414 learners from public and private universities responded to the structured questionnaire. The data collected was analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modelling. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norms were found affecting continuance intention of the e-learning learners. Both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use also mediated the relationships among the variables tested.
