The application of Cold-formed steel (CFS) is getting popular in several countries, and this indicates that a good potential of using lightweight materials as an alternative solution to conventional steel. However, there is still a lack of information about joint behavior, particularly composite connections integrated with CFS. This paper presents an isolated joint test of composite joints consisting of concrete slab 100 mm thickness, double lipped channel section used for beam and column, connected by hot-rolled steel gusset plates and bolts.
