This study was conducted to examine the relationship of burnout with organizational commitment. The objective of this study was to identify the level of burnout and organizational commitment among employees of the Department of Labour Johor. Three dimensions of burnout were emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Organizational commitment was measured using the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). The respondents consisted of 87 worker at the Department of Labour Johor.
