Abstract : This Research aim‘s to understand the role of servant leadership and organizational climate against ocb with job satisfaction as a mediator. Subject of study the research is permanent workers X University. Data collection methods using a scale that is the scale of servant leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The Analysis data conducted using PLS (partial least square) where the process assisted with software smarPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate job satisfaction significantly influences OCB.
