International audienceIn this paper, after a brief description of the set of fully coupled governing partial differential equations of thermo-hydro-mechanical behavior of unsaturated soils subjected to quasi-static loadings, the associated closed form time-dependent 3D fundamental solution has been derived under assumptions of linear behavior of unsaturated soil in frequency domain. The derived fundamental solution has been verified mathematically by comparison with the previously introduced corresponding fundamental solution
