Background: Chronic kidney disease combined with coronary artery disease is a growing public health issue. Preoperative renal dysfunction is one of the major risk factors for perioperative morbidity and mortality in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). This study aimed to analyze the early clinical outcomes of CABG in patients with preoperative renal impairment. Methods: The study was conducted from July 2017 to July 2019.
