Proposta de unidade didática para formação de intérpretes: o uso de glossários para preparação com vistas à interpretação em conferência da área jurídica

This work is part of the applied field of Translation Studies and aims to reflect on the development of a Didactic Unit (DU) for teaching the interpretation of Portuguese-Brazilian Sign Language (Libras). The proposed DU is intended to prepare the translator and interpreter of Libras for performing in conferences. Thus, this approach seeks the development of instrumental and extralinguistic sub-competences in the selection, use, and registration of terms, signs terms, and Libra’s glossaries. In this way, the article pursues a dialogue between the field of Brazilian Sign Language Terminology and Terminography and the Studies of Didactics of Translation and Interpretation, suggesting a reflection on the training of interpreters to act in conferences. We suggest a pedagogical intervention that works with competences to be acquired and considers translation market demands. For this, we propose a DU that helps instructors to collaborate with interpreters in training regarding the use of terminographic materials for practicing the interpretation in conferences in the context of the legal field. For the formulation of the DU, we started from the theoretical-methodological framework of the Didactics of Translation by Hurtado Albir (1999, 2011, 2015), and the contributions of oral and sign languages Terminology and Terminography researchers, such as Bevilacqua e Kilian (2017); Cavallo (2017a, 2017b); Felten (2016; 2020); Krieger e Finatto (2018); Tuxi (2017); Vale (2018). The DU proposed by this research was designed from tasks with objectives that aim at procedural acquisition, by the Sign Language and Portuguese interpreter in academic training, for the manipulation and creation of a glossary for performing in the legal area conferences.Este trabalho insere-se no campo aplicado dos Estudos da Tradução e objetiva trazer reflexões a respeito da elaboração de uma Unidade Didática (UD) destinada ao ensino de interpretação de Libras-Português, mais especificamente à abordagem sobre a preparação para atuação em conferências voltada para o desenvolvimento da subcompetência instrumental e subcompetência extralinguística na seleção, uso e registro de termos, sinais-termo e glossários de Libras.  O artigo busca um diálogo entre o campo da Terminologia e Terminografia de Libras e os Estudos da Didática da Tradução e Interpretação, propondo uma reflexão sobre a formação de intérpretes para atuação em conferências. Apresentamos uma proposta de intervenção pedagógica que trabalhe com competências a serem adquiridas e considere demandas de mercado. Propomos uma UD que auxilie formadores a trabalhar com intérpretes novatos para utilizar materiais terminográficos voltados para a prática de interpretação em contexto de conferência da área jurídica. Para a elaboração da UD, partimos dos fundamentos teórico-metodológicos da Didática da Tradução de Hurtado Albir (1999, 2011, 2015) e das contribuições de teóricos da Terminologia e Terminografia de línguas orais e de sinais, como Bevilacqua e Kilian (2017); Cavallo (2017a, 2017b); Felten (2016; 2020); Krieger e Finatto (2018); Tuxi (2017); Vale (2018), entre outros.
