CÁC YẾU TỐ ẢNH HƯỞNG ĐẾN NĂNG LỰC CẠNH TRANH CỦA DOANH NGHIỆP DU LỊCH THỪA THIÊN HUẾ

The study has identified factors affecting the competitive capacity of tourism companies in Thua Thien Hue province. Based on the survey of 244 managers of tourism companies in Thua Thien Hue province and utilizing multivariate analysis, the research results show that there are eight factors affecting the competitive capacity of TTH tourism companies, namely: human resources; quality of products and services; environmental conditions of destination; prices of tourism products; organizational and governance capacity; marketing capacity; company brand; and social responsibility of enterprise.Nghiên cứu đã xác định được các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến năng lực cạnh tranh (NLCT) của các doanh nghiệp du lịch Thừa Thiên Huế (TTH). Trên cơ sở khảo sát 244 cán bộ quản trị trong các doanh nghiệp du lịch trên địa bàn tỉnh TTH và sử dụng phương pháp phân tích nhân tố, hồi quy tương quan, nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng có tám yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến NLCT của doanh nghiệp du lịch TTH bao gồm: Nguồn nhân lực; Chất lượng sản phẩm, dịch vụ; Điều kiện môi trường điểm đến; Giá cả sản phẩm du lịch; Năng lực tổ chức, quản trị; Năng lực marketing; Thương hiệu và Trách nhiệm xã hội
