Influencia de las épocas de poda sobre el rendimiento de la Vid (vitis labrusca), variedad Borgoña negra, en el distrito de San Antonio de Cumbaza - San Martin

With the aim to find the best moment for pruning and determinate its inf1uence upon the yield on grapevine of the variety Black Burgundy, (Vitis labrusca) this thesis was made between the month of January and July 1999 in the District of San Antonio de Cumbaza, in the Province and Department of San Martín, situated at latitude South 06025', and longitude West 76025' and a height of 800 m above sea level. The experimental design used was the block completely al random (DBCA) wilh four repetitions and six treatments plus one proof. The experiment was carried out in a approximately 5-6 years old vineyard. We studied the rest days after harvesting until pruning on grapevine in the following way: T1 (pruning after 10 days). T2 (pruning after 15 days). T3 (pruning after 20 days - proof), T4 (pruning after 25 days), T5 (pruning after 30 days), TG (pruning after 35 days) and T7 (pruning after 40 days), without considering the number of plants inside the experimental field; carrying out altogether 28 treatments or experimental units. In all the treatments we studied we applied a growth control called hydrogenated cyan amide (DORMEX) with a 3% concentration, in order to uniformize and activize the coming up of the buds after pruning. On the other hand, we carried ou1 six applications, two preventive (after 12 and 29 days) and four curative (after 38, 54, 70 and 85 days) applications, in order to control fungous diseases during the development of the grapevine, after the pruning on the whole vine arbor, using the chemical product Metalaxil + Mancozeb (Ranchapaj) in a dosis of 50g / 151trs water, mixing it with adhesion (Agridex) in a dosis of 10ml I 20Jtrs water. These applications succeeded to control the existence of Mildiu (plasmopors viticola), a very frequent disease in the grapevine cultivation in our region. The parameters of evaluation were: days of budding, number of buds per shoot, number of bunches per bud, number of filled up grains per treatment, number of ripe grains at harvest per trea1ment, number of bunches per treatment, grape yield per treatment (Kg), size of the bunch (cm),. With the obtained results we carried out the economic analysis relating the costs - profit in each treatment. The best results in the study of the influence of the moment of pruning grapevine on the yield have been reached with the treatment T7 (pruning at 40 days after harvesting) with a yield of fresh grapes of 3950,47 Kg per Ha., with a net profit of 2232.05 US$ per Ha.Con el objetivo de encontrar la mejor época de poda en la vid (Vitis labrusca) sobre los rendimientos en la variedad de borgoña negra, se realizó el presente trabajo de tesis entre los meses de enero - junio de 1999; en el distrito de San Antonio de Cumbaza; provincia y departamento de San Martin, situado en la latitud sur de 06"25', longitud oeste 76"25' y una altitud de 800 metros sobre el nivel del mar. El diseño experimental utilizado fue el bloque completamente al azar (dbca) con cuatro repeticiones y seis tratamientos, más un testigo. La conducción del experimento se realizó en un viñedo establecido de 5-6 años aproximadamente. Se estudiaron los días de descanso después de la cosecha hasta la poda en la vid, de la siguiente manera: t1 (poda a los 10 días), t2 (poda a los 15 días), t3 (poda a los 20 días - testigo), t4 (poda as los 25 días), t5 (poda a los 30 días). T6 (poda a los 35 días) y t7 (poda a los 40 días), sin tener en cuenta el número de plantas dentro del campo experimental; haciendo un total de 28 tratamientos ó unidades experimentales. En todos los tratamientos estudiados se aplicó un regulador de crecimiento denominado cianamida hidrogenada (dormex) al 3% de concentración, con el fin de uniformizar y activar el brotamiento de las yemas después de la poda. Por otra parte se realizó seis aplicaciones, preventivas (12 y 29 días), y curativos (38, 54, 70 y 85 días), para controlar las enfermedades fungosas durante el desarrollo de la vid, después de la poda en forma total al parral, utilizando el producto químico metalaxil + mancozeb (ranchapaj) a la dosis de 50g/15lts de agua, mezclado con un adherente (agridex) a la dosis de 10ml/20lts de agua, estas aplicaciones lograron controlar la presencia del mildiu (plasmopora vitícola), que es una enfermedad muy frecuente en el cultivo de la vid en nuestra zona. Los parámetros de evaluación fueron los siguientes: días a la brotación, número de brotes por pulgar, número de racimos por brote, número de granos cuajados por tratamiento, número de granos maduros en la cosecha por tratamiento, número de racimos por tratamiento, rendimiento de uva por tratamiento (kg), tamaño del racimo (cm). Con los rendimientos obtenidos, se realizó el análisis económico relacionando el costo beneficio de cada tratamiento. Los mejores resultados en cuanto al estudio de la época de poda en la vid sobre el rendimiento, se obtuvo con el tratamiento t7 (poda a los 40 días después de la cosecha) con un rendimiento de uva fresca de 3950,47 kg por ha. , con un beneficio neto de 2232,05 dólares por ha
