Control biologico de alternativa brassicicola en brassica oleracea VAR. Capitata, con cepas nativas de trichoderma spp en Lamas-Perú

In Aucaloma's Fundo of the San Martin National University - Tarapoto ,in the leve! experimental field in the year 2011 and beginning of 2012, it's presented the black spot of cabbage, which decreased the yield and quality , with the aim of obtain biological control, isolate and apply six native strains of the fungus Trichoderma spp, of the Bajo Mayo in the laboratory of Plant Health - Plant Pathology, located in the University City of Morales' district and experiment in Aucaloma's Fundo located 15 km of Morales' district, Latitude South 6 º 20 ', West Longitude 76 º 21', altitude 720 meters at:>ové.sea.levet area of tropical moist forest lite ( bh -PT) of San Antonio Cumbaza's district ,province and region of San Martin; under Block Design Complete Randomized with 8 treatments and 3 blocks, strain characteristics ( morphs ) of Trichoderma sp were evaluated, also the length, diameter and weight of cabbage heads at harvest and Economic Analysis will evaluate. We managed to isolate and multiply 6 strains of Trichoderma, CSH, CAH, CA1, CCU, CMA and CA3, CA3 with these heads were obtained with 23,2 cm length, circumference 44,533 cm, weight 652 g, weight of true leaves 403,33 g, yield 27 329,88 kg/ha. The lower incidence with CCU and CA 1 with 68 and 73, 33 %. The 6 strains of Trichoderma recorded lower leaf area affected between 7,19 % to 10,75 %. According to the Cost I Benefit and Benefit I Cost had the largest gain with T6 ( CA3 ) and T5 ( CMA ) Treatment. Keywords: Trichoderma, incidence, leaf area affected, native strains, biological control.En el Fundo Aucaloma de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín - Tarapoto, a nivel de campo experimental, el año 2011 y a inicio del año 2012, se ha presentado la mancha negra de la col, que disminuyó el rendimiento y calidad, con el objetivo de obtener el control biológico, aislamos y aplicamos 6 cepas nativas del hongo Trichoderma spp, de la zona del Bajo Mayo en el laboratorio de Sanidad Vegetal - Fitopatología, ubicado en la Ciudad Universitaria en el distrito de Morales y experimento en el Fundo Aucaloma ubicado a 15 km del distrito de Morales, Latitud Sur 6º 20', Longitud Oeste 76º 21 ', altitud 720 m.s.n.m.m., zona de vida bosque húmedo tropical (bh-PT) del distrito de San Antonio Cumbaza, provincia y región de San Martín; bajo el Diseño de Bloques Completamente al Azar con 8 tratamientos y 3 bloques, se evaluaron las características de las cepas (morfotipos) de Trichoderma sp; asimismo se evaluamos la longitud, diámetro y peso de las cabezas de la col a la cosecha y el Análisis Económico. Logramos aislar y multiplicar 6 cepas de Trichoderma, CSH, CAH, CA 1, CCU, CMA y CA3; de estos con la CA3, se obtuvieron cabezas con longitud 23,2 cm, circunferencia 44,533 cm, peso 652 g; peso de hojas verdaderas 403,33 g y rendimiento de 27 329,88 kg/ha. La menor incidencia con las CCU y CA 1 con 68 y 73,33 %. Las 6 cepas de Trichoderma registraron menor área foliar afectada entre 7, 19% a 1O,75 %. Según la relación Costo/Beneficio y Beneficio/Costo la mayor ganancia se tuvo con el Tratamiento T6 (CA3) y T5 (CMA).
