ABSTRACTThis research aims to obtain empirical evidence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction skills in improving OCB (organizational citizenship behavior), either directly or through mediation of organizational commitment.Partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach was used to analyze data on 52 employees of four villages in Purworejo District of Pasuaruan City, there were Wirogunan, Tembokrejo, Sekargadung, and Purworejo, which were taken on a census basis. Empirical findings were obtained that both transformational leadership and job satisfaction were directly able to increase organizational commitment and OCB.
