This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee turnover intentions through job satisfaction at PT. Super Horeca Niaga Denpasar. The number of samples in this study was 50 people with the total sampling/census method. This research instrument test using a validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and path analysis.
