Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an individual from a plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Dinas Sosial Kota Denpasar. Collecting data using observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The number of samples is 106 employees, with saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique uses path analysis and sobel test.
