Peran Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Federal international Finance (FIFGROUP) Denpasar Branch 2. Questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability were given to 70 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are path analysis and sobel test. The test results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction based on the results of the calculation, the β value is 0.636 and the research significance level for the motivation variable on job satisfaction is 0.000 less than 0.05. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on the results. The calculation obtained the β value of 0.438 and the level of research significance for the variable job satisfaction on employee performance of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the calculation results, the β value is 0.399 and the research significance level for the motivation variable on employee performance is 0.000 less than 0.05. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of motivation on employee performance based on the calculation results obtained by Zhitung (3.607)> Z table (1.98)
