The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Federal international Finance (FIFGROUP) Denpasar Branch 2. Questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability were given to 70 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are path analysis and sobel test.
