PT. Kurnia Aneka Gemilang is a company engaged in the manufacture of syrup industry. Large production capacity and production targets to be achieved , need to be coupled with the availability of raw materials so that production can continue to operate as it should . Therefore, the monitoring activities of raw materials into one operating company. Monitoring activities carried out to ensure the supply of raw materials raw materials are not interrupted . Many kinds of raw materials used of course be monitoring the activities of the density factor . Activities include monitoring the availability of raw materials Raw materials inventory data recording , data receiving raw materials from suppliers and raw material consumption data . All of the recording process is still done manually typed in the work sheet and stored in a file on the computer . To obtain real-time information about the availability of raw materials , it should be calculated based on the data manually so it takes a relatively long time to obtain information on the availability of raw materials . Because the calculation is still manual , the error rate is still high and the information generated will be less accurate . Seeing the problems encountered, it is necessary to design an information system controls the availability of raw material for production of computerized by using Microsoft ® Visual Basic 6.0, using Microsoft ® Access 2000 to design a database and reports are designed using Seagate Crystal ® Report 8.5
