The purpose of this study was to examine program satisfaction and work histories of 1985-86 traditional and nontraditional A.A.S. graduates of the Wisconsin Technical College System five years after program completion. Research emphasis was focused on comparing selected experiences of female nontraditional program graduates with those of male traditional and nontraditional and female traditional program graduates.
