MINAT BEROLAHRAGA MASYARAKAT BERDASARKAN FASILITAS GELANGGANG OLAHRAGA RANGGAJATI DI KABUPATEN CIREBON

ABSTRACT. The background of this research is the people's interest in exercising using the Ranggajati Sports Center facilities in Cirebon Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the public interest in using the Ranggajati Sports Center facility in Cirebon Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were car free day participants who were said to be relatively heterogeneous. The sample in this study was determined by accidental sampling (coincidence sample) of 30 people. The type of data used is primary data obtained from a questionnaire and the results of the calculation of the instrument in the form of an interest questionnaire.The result of the questionnaire calculation is that 60% of the total population is categorized as high and 40% is categorized as moderate. The results of the total population who are interested in using the sports facilities of the Ranggajati Sports Center, Cirebon Regency, based on internal factors, about 8 people are categorized as high with a percentage of 26.67% and 22 people are categorized as moderate with a percentage of 73.33%. The conclusion of this study is that people's interest in exercising based on the Ranggajati Sports Center facility in Cirebon Regency is very high.Keywords: interest in sports; community; sports facilitiesABSTRAK. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah minat masyarakat berolahraga menggunakan fasilitas Gelanggang Olahraga Ranggajati yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat masyarakat menggunakan fasilitas Gelanggang Olahraga Ranggajati Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta car free day yang dikatakan relatif heterogen. Sample dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan sampel kebetulan (coincidence sample) sebanyak 30 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan hasil perhitungan instrumen berupa angket minat. Hasil dari perhitungan angket adalah terdapat 60% dari total populasi dikategorikan tinggi dan 40% dikategorikan sedang. Hasil dari jumlah populasi yang berminat mengunakan fasilitas olahraga Gelanggang Olahraga Ranggajati Kabupaten Cirebon berdasarkan faktor internal sekitar 8 orang dikategorikan tinggi dengan persentase 26,67% dan 22 orang dikategorikan sedang dengan persentase 73,33%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah minat berolahraga masyarakat berdasarkan fasilitas Gelanggang Olahraga Ranggajati di Kabupaten Cirebon sangat tinggi.Kata Kunci: minat berolahraga; masyarakat; fasilitas olahrag
