Breast cancer is among the commonest cancers that affect women worldwide. Nevertheless, many patients were diagnosed with breast cancer in the terminal stage due to their late presentation to healthcare centres despite the advanced development of screening modalities. Therefore, a systematic review was conducted to summarize the trend of knowledge, attitude, and practice level of breast cancer screening among the public globally. Review identification was performed in database search using PubMed, Scopus and CINAHL.
