The aim of the final work is to apply surface enhanced Raman scattering methods for bladder cancer research. The tasks of this work were set as follows. 1. Prepare different colloidal nanoparticle solutions and identify the most effective for urinary bladder tissue cancer research. 2. To record the SERS spectra of the intracellular fluid collected during cytological bladder examination. 3. Make an analysis of recorded spectra and identify spectra of cancer markers. Colloidal solutions of spherical and prism silver nanoparticles produced during operation were found to have strong Raman scattering signal, and the solution prepared according to the method described by Lee and Meisel was the most potent.
