El profesorado de educación primaria de Galicia y la diversidad de sus aulas

At this moment, the inclusive model is one of the main objectives to reach for all the educational centres. Most of the teachers in many times assist to the needs of their student inclusively is a challenge not only assuming the teaching process from a more updated and innovative perspective also constantly renewing their teacher training. In this context starts this study with the objective of value the inclusive work of the primary education teachers from Galicia. Based on this has been implemented a quantitative study descriptive-correlational type with 116 participants who answered a previously validated questionary called CEFI-R (Teacher evaluation questionnaire on educational inclusion). The results show that the teacher’s perception of the inclusion of diversity of their classrooms is moderately high.Actualmente, el modelo inclusivo es uno de los objetivos principales a alcanzar por todos los centros educativos. Para la mayoría de los maestros y maestras en muchas ocasiones atender a las necesidades de su aula de forma inclusiva supone un reto, tanto a la hora de asumir los procesos de enseñanza desde una perspectiva mucho más actualizada e innovadora, como a la hora de renovar de manera constante su formación docente. En este contexto nace el presente estudio, con el objetivo de valorar la tarea inclusiva en los docentes de Educación Primaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia. En base a esto, se ha implementado un estudio cuantitativo de carácter descriptivo-correlacional con 116 participantes, que respondieron a un cuestionario ya validado previamente a su aplicación, llamado CEFI-R (Cuestionario de valoración docente de la inclusión educativa). Los resultados muestran que la percepción del profesorado ante la inclusión de la diversidad de sus aulas es moderadamente alta
