Organisations are currently strongly encouraged to adopt more responsible production patterns aligned with sustainable development goals. Pro-environmental behaviours (PEBs) in the workplace can strengthen the expected positive impacts of organisations’ environmental performance and engender more sustainable transitions to low-carbon production.
