In this paper, we propose a technique for automatically recording parasitemia of mice infected with Plasmodium berghei by using Cellprofiler. Our purpose is to identify the difference number of parasitemia obtained by CellProfiler and manual assessment. We conducted a T-test analysis with p 0.05). It can be concluded that based on this research that automated quantification of parasitemia using CellProfiler was comparable but not better than manual.keywords: Automation, CellProfiler, Parasitemia, Plasmodium berghei, Thin blood smearPada tulisan ini, penghitungan parasitemia pada mencit yang diinfeksi dengan Plasmodium berghei dengan CellProfiler diusulkan.
