The diploma thesis on the topic of Foreign activities of the Czech regions in relation to the good name of the country aims to find out whether and how the Czech regions participate in the creation of the good name of the Czech Republic abroad. The work deals with the theoretical definition of actors, tools and strategies of paradiplomacy. The same apparatus (strategies, tools and actors) is used to present the topic of the country's reputation. Last but not least, the current foreign activities of selected Czech regions were analyzed.
