French economic diplomacy and its application in African countries

Economic diplomacy has become very important in current international relations. With the ongoing globalization, a shift of economic centres in the world's regions can be observed; at present, great potential can be seen in dynamic Africa. France has been cooperating with its African partners for a long time, and its roots can be traced back to the country's colonial past. This diploma thesis by a method of analysis identifies the main features of the current functioning of French economic diplomacy with application to African countries, formulates trends in the promotion of French exports and defines the forms of commercial continuity of development cooperation in African countries.Ekonomická diplomacie nabyla v současných mezinárodních vztazích velkého významu. S probíhající globalizací lze sledovat přesun hospodářských těžišť ve světových regionech, v současnosti lze pak spatřit velkých potenciál v dynamické Africe.
