Trade secrets and know-how in the Czech Republic, the EU and Ukraine

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of trade secrets. The aim of the thesis is to summarize knowledge about trade secrets and know-how in the Czech Republic and the EU, to find out the Ukrainian legislation of trade secrets and know-how and the difference between it and the legislation in the Czech Republic and the EU, to evaluate which legislation is more effective, find out if the legislation in selected countries is sufficient in this area and try to propose changes. The thesis consists of an introduction, three main chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter describes trade secrets and know-how in the Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with trade secrets and know-how in EU law. The third chapter describes trade secrets and know-how in Ukraine.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou obchodního tajemství. Cílem práce je shrnout poznatky o obchodním tajemství a know-how v České republice a EU, zjistit ukrajinskou právní úpravu obchodního tajemství a know-how a rozdíl mezi ní a právní úpravou v ČR a EU, zhodnotit, která právní úprava je efektivnější, a dále zjistit, je-li právní úprava ve vybraných zemích v této oblasti dostatečná, a pokusit se navrhnout změny. Práce se skládá z úvodu, tří kapitol a závěru. První kapitola práce popisuje obchodní tajemství a know-how v ČR. Druhá kapitola se zabývá obchodním tajemství a know-how v právu EU. Třetí kapitola popisuje obchodní tajemství a know-how na Ukrajině
