Abstract Differential diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia (WQRST) on the electrocardiogram remains a challenging exercise. Correct diagnosis is important for prescribing appropriate therapy and determining prognosis. Differential diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia revolves around differentiation between supraventricular tachycardia with aberrant conduction and ventricular tachycardia.
