Today's scientific applications, such as natural phenomena simulations, require high computing power and a large storage capacity. The computational grids appear as a solution to offer this power by pooling resources from different organizations. However, these architectures make programming complex: they are dynamic, heterogeneous and widely distributed. This thesis focuses on issues related to the design of a grid data sharing service.
