I choose to do my research on the history of women???s rules within the university system. I tried to stick within the time line of the early 1930???s and beyond. As I was looking at the rules and regulations from different universities around the country I decided it was a great idea to do a compare and contrast to those from U of I. In doing so I found that majority of the colleges including our university had similar if not the same rules spread across this time period. I used the first part of my research discussing rules I found at other universities via scholarly journals and books.
