During the past twenty years the quality of training has improved and is relatively diversified in firms and enterprises according to the country under consideration : nevertheless it seems to depend on the vagaries of economic conditions. Women are generally underrepresented in the training schemes but their participation rate is increasing faster than that of men : so we can imagine that they will eventually catch up. Even if the biggest firms have the largest training programs, it appears clearly (and paradoxally) that the smallest ones favour the feminine population.
