Les amphores de Gourjade à Castres (Tarn) et les circuits commerciaux dans l’Albigeois antique

The analysis of amphora from the Gourjade villa in Castres gave the first elements of reflexion on the distribution and commerce of foodstuffs in this region after the collapse of imports of Italian wines. The one thousand six hundred amphora fragments provided evidence for major imports of oil and wine from Betica. Wines from Italy, Terragona and Languedoc are rare but, on the other hand, we discerned traces of a local vinyard through the presence of Gaulish 1 amphora of a hitherto unknown Tarn type. The presence of stamped oriental wines shows a certain affluence.L’analyse des amphores de la villa de Gourjade à Castres fournit les premiers éléments de réflexion sur la distribution et le commerce des denrées dans cette région après l’effondrement des importation de vins italiques. Les mille six cents fragments d’amphores mettent en évidence des importations majeures d’huile et de poisson de Bétique. Les vins d’Italie, de Tarraconnaise et du Languedoc sont rares, en revanche, on perçoit la trace d’un vignoble local au travers d’amphores Gauloise 1 tarnaises jusqu’alors inconnues.
