The potters and the inclemencies : the ceramic production structures in the Entre-Deux-Mers at the end of the Middle Age. From the morphological comparison of several pottery kilns, appears the evidence of a typological evolution during the XIVth-XVIIth centuries, that we may connect with the will of no dependence on inclemencies, of every season work. The comparison of the different clay extraction technics demonstrates similar aspects.
