Our results reported here, demonstrate a protective effect of simple coumarin derivatives and of most the dyes against Aflatoxin B, induced cytotoxicity. Coumarin precusors and derivatives don't reduce cytotoxic activity of Aflatoxin B1. With sterigmatocystin and patent-blue, we note an additive effect. Results obtained with other substances, pesticides, food additives or polluting agents, are not significant. Numerous compounds can decrease or increase the biological properties of the mycotoxin Aflatoxin B1.
