The mental health of exile population are often sidestepped in primary care. The objective of our study is to determine the factors related to general practitioners which may have an impact on primary care of mental health of exile patients affected by psychotraumatic disorders. A qualitative study was conducted with 20 physicians practicing in Île-de-France by semi-directed interviews between July and December 2018. Several factors interfering in the primary care of psychotrauma of exile patients were identified from 12 interviews with general practitioners working in distinct structures.
