Objective: The present investigations were undertaken to identify phytochemicals by GC MS/MS, to evaluate the cardioprotective and antioxidant activity of the ethanolic extract of leaves of Cucumis Callosus against DOX-induced cardiotoxicity in rats.Methods: GC MS/MS method was carried out for identification of phyto-compounds present in the Cucumis Callosus.
