Objectives: Preparation and characterization of a new pH sensitive chitosan (CS) grafted alginate (ALG) hydrogel microcapsules for the oral delivery of protein.Methods: The pH sensitive hydrogel microcapsules were prepared for the first time using grafting to†technique.
