Abstract

Objective: The present study was conducted to investigate the qualitative and quantitative screening of phytochemicals, and characterization by HPTLC finger print analysis, HPLC and GC MS substantiation for the presence of scopoletin and rutin in methanolic leaf extracted of Morinda tinctoria Roxb. (MEMT).Methods: The Qualitative and Quantitative Phytochemical analyses were carried out as per the standard protocols.
