Ce travail concerne la modélisation des interactions entre cellules du système immunitaire et cancéreuses, susceptibles d'augmenter leur activité par apprentissage lors d'interactions favorables. Je présente d’abord un modèle macroscopique homogène décrivant la dynamique des concentrations et des activités moyennes des cellules et reproduisant des oscillations temporelles observées cliniquement. Je réalise ensuite une analyse de sensibilité aux paramètres d’un modèle homogène dans le cadre de la théorie cinétique thermostatée, en m’appuyant sur des simulations de Monte Carlo cinétique.
