La métabolomique par spectroscopie RMN HRMAS permet de travailler directement sur des tissus biologiques hétérogènes intacts ; elle identifie et quantifie de nombreux métabolites avec une excellente sensibilité. Nous l’avons utilisée pour étudier l’hétérogénéité du métabolisme des gliomes et établir un lien avec la biologie moléculaire et le pronostic. Différents biomarqueurs pronostiques ont ainsi été identifiés. Ces biomarqueurs montrent les voies métaboliques privilégiées utilisées par les gliomes et pourront devenir de nouvelles cibles thérapeutiques.
