Dans l'attente de mesurer le fond stochastique des ondes gravitationnelles avec le Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA), nous nous proposons de déterminer des méthodes et des stratégies afin de comprendre et de préparer les observations cosmologiques par LISA. Celle-ci est donc une mission spatiale visant à mesurer les ondes gravitationnelles comprises entre 1 x 10〖-5〗^ et 1 Hz. Cette mission, portée par l'ESA, devrait être lancée d’ici à 2034. L'enjeu de cette thèse de doctorat consiste à comprendre et à simuler les fonds stochastiques cosmologiques produits au début de notre Univers dans un contexte d'autres fonds stochastiques d'origine astrophysique ou galactique avec le bruit de LISA.
