Ce travail de thèse a pour objectif d’analyser la manière dont les outils big data et s’appuyant sur l’intelligence artificielle (IA) sont déployés dans les services ressources humaines (RH) d’une grande entreprise. L’enquête monographique porte sur différentes expérimentations autour du recrutement ou de la mobilité interne au sein d’une grande entreprise de télécommunications.
