Depuis son émergence, l’utilisation de la fabrication additive métallique dans des domaines industriels de pointe, comme l’aéronautique ou le spatial ne cesse de croître. Les développements se sont d’abord focalisés sur les technologies à base de lit de poudre, entrainant rapidement leur adoption dans de nombreux secteurs. La maîtrise de celles à base de fil reste cependant moins avancée de nos jours. Ces travaux de thèse sont motivés par la quête d’une maîtrise de ces technologies afin de construire des pièces métalliques de grandes dimensions en alliage Ti-6Al- 4V.
